Why should I use Ayam products?

Ayam products are formulated without preservatives, harsh chemicals and artificial fragrances. Our butters, scrubs, bath salts, oils, etc. are perfect for people with sensitive or problem skin. 

How do you accept payment?

Payments are processed via Stripe. 

How are items shipped?

All packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Please email [email protected] or fill out the form on the Contact page if you would like additional shipping options.

How long will it take for my order to be shipped?

Orders for items listed on the site are shipped within 48 business hours (unless they are custom orders). 

Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time, but we plan to in the future. 

Do you take custom orders?

Yes! If you would like a butter or scrub made with specific ingredients or you would like to order a size larger than what's listed on the site, we can do that for you. Please email [email protected] with the subject "Custom Order" or fill out the form on the Contact page to let us know what you'd like and we can work out pricing and shipping details. The turnaround time for custom orders is 5-7 business days.

Are Ayam Natural Skincare products safe for children and individuals with sensitive skin?

Our products are formulated to be safe for children, those with dry skin, sensitive skin and eczema. However, please read the ingredients list for each item and use your own discretion before ordering. Some products use butters, carrier oils and essential oils that may not be optimal for use in people with certain allergies and sensitivities. 

Test products on a small area of skin if you are unsure and may suspect you have a sensitivity. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. 

I'm not happy with my purchase, what do I do?

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns for hygienic reasons, but if you are unsatisfied with your order, we can send you a new one or offer a refund. Fill out the form on the contact page or email us at [email protected] and we will try our best to address the issue.

Why are there lumps in my whipped butter?

We try our best to create lump-free whipped butters, but Ayam products are handmade so sometimes a few lumps get through. There's no need to worry, it works the same! Just rub any lumps in your hands a little longer to melt and emulsify.

When are new products added to the website?

New products are added every week.
